HypeBetController is a streaming toolkit for hype.bet creators: live OBS overlays, hype.bet chat relays to Twitch and Kick, giveaways, slot calls and a slot tracker. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Twitch account info (when you log in with Twitch): your Twitch user id, login, display name, email and avatar — used to create and identify your account.
• Kick account info (when you log in with or link Kick): your Kick user id, username and avatar — used to identify your account. Your Kick email is not stored.
• hype.bet data (sent by the HypeBetController browser extension, only after you install it and pair it with your account token): data from the room matching the hype.bet username you configure — room details, participants and balances, chat messages, and slot spins. This powers your overlays, chat relay, giveaways, calls and slot tracker.
• Twitch and Kick chat (read by our chat bot, or delivered by Kick, while you are connected and live on that platform): messages in your own channel, and moderators' bans and timeouts there — to show/relay chat, process commands such as !call, and take banned viewers' messages off your overlays.
• Settings you configure in the dashboard (overlay styles, relay/giveaway/calls options).

The extension only collects data from the room that matches your configured hype.bet username — it does not collect other streamers' rooms.

Logging in with Twitch or Kick gives us a token for that one request, which we use to read your profile and then discard. We never store your Twitch or Kick login tokens.

How we use it

Solely to provide the features above. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, credit, or any unrelated purpose.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except the services required to run the product: Twitch and Kick (login and chat) and your own hype.bet session. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage & retention

Account info and settings are stored in our database. Live room and chat data is transient (kept briefly in memory to drive your overlays) and is not part of a long-term record. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

Uninstall the extension to stop hype.bet data collection. Disable the relays/bot features in your dashboard at any time. Contact us to access or delete your data.
