The service

HypeBetController is a free toolkit that mirrors your own hype.bet room data into stream overlays and chat tools. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by hype.bet or Twitch.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only with your own accounts and your own hype.bet room.
• Follow the terms of hype.bet and Twitch. You are responsible for your use of those platforms, including any chat the bot posts on your behalf.
• Keep your connection token private.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Gambling

HypeBetController is a creator tool and does not facilitate gambling. Any gambling on hype.bet is solely between you and hype.bet.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
